New Garment

Table of Contents

Compliments of the Season and a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year. Beloved, it is time to put on a new garment. Make new plans, take new steps, make new decisions, make new approach, draw new goals, make new friends, try new business and make a remarkable difference from the usual. Before then, we need to do a quick revision on the past, to see what needs to be removed from our lives, family and environment for a better New Year.

Many are wearing some kinds of invisible garment that is driving away helpers and causing disfavour to their lives. Some are putting on the garment of problems such as sickness, barrenness, poverty, hardship hatred and rejection which needs to be removed and destroyed.

Joshua was a high priest with a questionable character. He was wearing a garment of sin that gave the devil a legal ground to constantly oppress him. Satan stood against him to oppose his destiny and frustrate his office as a high priest, until God came to his rescue by divine mercy.

Satan was rebuked and disarmed completely over his life and a change of life was granted. Joshua was totally transformed, beautified and glory restored.

Beloved, if you can sincerely make a choice to do away with every ungodliness and make Jesus your Lord, as we start a new beginning, all will be well in this New Year in Jesus name.

Jesus said in Mark 2: 21-22. No man also seweth a piece of new cloth on an old garment: else the new piece that filled it up taketh away from the old, and the rent is made worse.

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.

This simply means we can’t continue doing the same old thing and expect a better life in New Year, there must be a change of character and turn a new leaf. Beloved, check to do a thorough correction on yourself, and be sincere to make a clear difference in this new level.

In the name of Jesus Christ, receive a change of character, a change of life and move up to new levels in glory by the power of God.

The Lord will open doors of opportunities for you and your family in this new level and you will be above your equals. The New Year will favour you greatly in Jesus name.
