Positive Change
Change is a constant thing, change is the beauty of life, and change adds values to life but majority of us frown at changes not knowing the benefits we may draw from it.
The covid-19 period was a critical example because the change it brought was scary and tormenting, but in the long run we could pick one or two benefits from all we experienced then.
Recently, I took a trip to the United Kingdom, I had to pass through Ethiopia which was not a nice idea for me at all due to the distance and the long hours I had to spend on the plane from Addis Ababa to London. I was not happy with the whole arrangement at the beginning, but | later enjoyed the trip, it gave me the opportunity to explore other cultures, foods, touch more lives with the word of God, got to meet new people, and coupled with the fact that we lodged in a 5 star hotel with all the care and attention, it was a great experience. CHANGE IS GOOD.
Now let’s focus on our text, Job was a man who went through different stages of life experience that was so humiliating and life threatening, yet he kept on holding unto CHANGE. He said, “I will wait until my change comes”
The position of our minds and our daily thoughts have a lot to do with our conditions. If you believe it, you will have it.
Beloved, whatever you are going through, there is a cure for it, there is solution to every problem, no matter how bad it is or seems to be, it will certainly change for better.
Nothing is permanent, there was a time the war in my marriage rose to the point of separation and it looked like no remedy, but God restored my peace and gave me the change I desired.
I know the situation of things in the country is quite difficult and unpleasant, but we will scale through it to the top by the grace of God.
Keep believing, keep speaking positively, keep holding onto the promises of God, keep on praying, keep on serving God, keep your hope alive, keep on keeping on. You will testify in Jesus name.
Now, let the change start from within. Repent of your sins, confess Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour, choose to live a holy life and please God always.
It is written in 2 Cor. 5:17, “Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”.
Beloved, change that ungodly lifestyle, change that bad behaviour, change that ungodly dressing, change the way you treat people and change that rude manner of approach.
Be a good ambassador of Christ on earth. CHANGE FOR THINGS TO CHANGE.
